Product quality inspection
Physical and Chemical Inspection of Finished Products
The physical and chemical inspection of finished products is carried out in strict accordance with GB 8372, GB 43543 and customer-specific standards, with complete testing of all core indicators, so as to build a solid quality barrier before products are released.
Test samples and retained samples are clearly distinguished. Multi-dimensional tests are performed on finished products, including appearance, pH value, consistency, hard particles, stability, foaming volume, clarity, etc. Original data are recorded timely and accurately during testing to ensure authenticity and traceability.
Test reports are completed based on the original data. Product information, test items and judgment results are carefully checked to ensure no omissions or errors. After signature and sealing, the reports are scanned and filed. For cooperative brands, reports are uploaded to the dedicated operation platform as required. All test data serve as the core basis for product release.

After receiving materials by warehouse management, materials are classified and labeled, and inspection requests are submitted through both DingTalk and ERP system. Upon receiving the inspection task, quality inspectors carefully verify the material labels and system information to ensure consistency in name, batch number, supplier and other details.
Sampling is conducted in accordance with the Sampling Inspection Procedure. Raw materials requiring microbiological testing are sampled separately using dedicated tools. Multi-dimensional testing is completed in line with corresponding standards.
All test data are summarized and recorded daily to prevent raw material quality risks from the source.
