Police Officers' Children Become "Little Dental Guardians"
On the afternoon of July 15, a group of adorable children of officers from the Longwen Traffic Police Brigade—participants in the unit's summer childcare program—visited the Azalli Oral Health Promotion Base. Azalli had meticulously prepared a special dental care class for the children. Through fun, hands-on experiences and lessons on proper brushing techniques, the event transformed professional oral health knowledge into an engaging, easy-to-grasp lesson—delivering both the union's care and essential health protection to the children.
Fun Science Education: Mastering New Dental Care Skills
Inside the Azalli oral health education classroom, a dental care class tailored specifically for these children began. An Azalli instructor used accessible language to guide the group into the fascinating world of teeth. The lesson started with the basics—distinguishing between baby teeth and permanent teeth. Through vivid explanations and interactive activities, the children learned about how plaque forms and the dangers of cavities, while also mastering three key dental care concepts: proper brushing techniques, fluoride application, and dental sealant application. The highlight for the children was using the "Yaya Bang" smart brushing guide; guided by animations, they practiced the "rotary sweeping" brushing method, corrected their posture in real-time, and mastered the essentials of effective brushing.
