In July, as the Party flag flies high, the torch of scientific innovation is passed on. To celebrate the founding of the Communist Party of China, rally the strength of young innovators, and cultivate a spirit of serving the country through science and technology, the "Pooling Youth Wisdom, Devotion to the Party" event was successfully held. Hosted by the Zhangzhou Association for Science and Technology, organized by the Longwen District Association for Science and Technology, and co-organized by Fujian Azalli Daily Chemicals Co., Ltd., the event connected key industrial sites across the city and established a platform for precise industry-academia-research collaboration, encouraging young sci-tech talents to put their commitment to serving the nation through science into action.
On-site Visits and Exchanges: Exploring Paths to Innovation
The delegation visited Azalli’s "Smile Factory," touring the R&D center, production workshops, and intelligent production lines. They gained firsthand insight into the R&D processes, quality control, and industrialization achievements of oral care products, experiencing the reality of innovation and production in the fine daily chemical industry.
At the subsequent exchange salon, Azalli General Manager Chen Wanjin shared the company's development journey in the fine daily chemical sector and its philosophy on cultivating young research teams. Cai Liping, R&D Department Manager and a recipient of Zhangzhou’s inaugural "Young Sci-Tech Talent Support Program," spoke as a representative of young talent, sharing practical experiences from the front lines of R&D. Young professionals from diverse fields exchanged ideas on topics such as collaborative innovation and the commercialization of scientific achievements, sparking cross-industry innovative thinking.
Hu Zengjun, a Level II Researcher at the Municipal Association for Science and Technology, delivered a guiding address. He outlined a clear direction for young sci-tech workers, emphasizing three key areas: steadfast commitment to serving the country, tackling challenges in industrial innovation, and deepening the integration of industry, academia, and research. He also conveyed the Association's firm resolve to continue providing excellent talent services and supporting the development of youth-led scientific innovation.

Fujian Azalli Daily Chemicals Co., Ltd. was established in 2002 and has since become the largest integrated supplier of oral health cleaning and care products in Fujian Province, combining research and development with production. The company's factory covers a total area of 26,000 square meters, featuring a purification workshop built to GMP standards with a cleanliness level of 300,000. It has obtained international certifications such as ISO9001, ISO22716, GMPC international quality management systems, and integration of informatization and industrialization management systems. Automated production equipment and information control systems have been introduced, enabling an annual production capacity of 300 million tubes of toothpaste and 20,000 tons of mouthwash.
