Inspection of Finished Mouthwash
Finished mouthwash goes through the inspection of its qualities like appearance, colour, odour, pH value.
Mouthwash is considered in terms of finished formula which is checked according to relevant standards, customer requirements as well as internal requirements.
In this context, inspection includes parameters such as appearance, color, odor, pH, clarity, phase separation characteristics, filling volume, packaging integrity as well as stability tests.
In the case of finished product containing different kinds of formulas such as oral or medicinal, it will also be subjected to certain microbiological and chemical tests.
Inspection of Incoming Materials
The raw materials are checked for identity, the batch numbers, supplier records and the corresponding quality control documents.
