Product Quality Inspection

Product Testing After manufacturing, the products undergo tests in accordance with GB 8372 and GB 43543 or as required by the customer. Besides, several product characteristics such as appearance, pH value, consistency, hard particles, stability, foaming volume and clarity are inspected with results being recorded. Test reports are also reviewed, approved and preserved before a product is sent for sale.

Quality Check On Incoming Materials Prior to production phase raw materials are subjected to checks at random. The material name, batch number, supplier and history of inspection are some factors used to determine quality and quantity materials which have received approval for use in products while the unapproved materials are identified, stored separately and dealt with per the quality procedures.
