Established in 2002, Fujian Azalli Daily Chemicals Co., Ltd. specializes in the R&D and production of oral care products. Incoming material inspection
Raw materials are subjected to material specification checks prior to production. Materials' names, batch numbers, supplier identification information and inspection records are maintained for traceability. Non-conforming materials will be identified, isolated, and handled in accordance with established quality procedures.
In-Process Inspection
Manufacturing and quality packaging parameters of the approved formulation are monitored throughout the production operation. Filling volume, proper assembly of bottle and spray pump, appearance, leakage, and other quality requirements are checked during production.
Finished Product Inspection
Finished mouth spray products are inspected against the product standards, product specifications, and the customer's requirements for compliance with the product standards.
