Effective Guarantee for Products & Services
Finished Product Inspection
The physical and chemical inspection of finished products is carried out in strict accordance with GB 8372, GB 43533 and customer-specific standards, covering all key indicators to build a solid quality barrier before products are released.
Inspection samples and retention samples are managed separately. Finished products are tested in multiple dimensions, including appearance, pH value, consistency, hard particles, stability, foaming volume and clarity. Raw data are recorded timely and accurately during testing to ensure authenticity and traceability.
Inspection reports are completed based on raw data, with product information, test items and judgment results carefully reviewed to ensure no omissions or errors. Reports are signed, stamped, scanned and filed. For cooperative brands, reports are uploaded to the dedicated operation platform as required. All test data serve as the core basis for product release.

In-process Inspection and Patrol Inspection
Inspection plans are formulated based on production schedules and product characteristics, with higher inspection frequencies for key processes. Tools including vernier calipers and electronic scales are calibrated, and standard documents are prepared prior to inspection.
During filling, key checks include filling accuracy, product appearance and fragrance, equipment operation status, and absence of leakage.
During packaging, strict inspections cover integrity of packaging materials, label alignment, and accuracy of information.
Standardized operation of personnel and production hygiene are also inspected. All inspection results are documented in detail.
If any abnormality is detected, defective products are isolated immediately, relevant departments are notified for correction, and re-inspection is followed up. Production may resume only after passing re-inspection to prevent quality issues during processing.
