As the sun ushers in a new era, all things begin a new chapter. To ensure that all personnel quickly transition into a work mindset—refocusing their attention and energy—and to guarantee a strong start and solid foundation for the year ahead, Azalli organized a special post-holiday training session on February 6: "Superb Execution." Led by Senior Instructor Zhang Haofeng from Zhongxu Education, the session saw the active participation of General Manager Chen Wanjin and the entire staff, marking the beginning of a journey filled with the collision of wisdom and passion.
1. General Manager Chen Delivers Opening Remarks: Uniting Hearts to Embark on a New Journey
At the outset of the training session, General Manager Chen Wanjin delivered an impassioned opening speech. He emphasized the company's development goals and strategic direction for the new year, encouraging everyone to quickly shift gears from the festive atmosphere and dive into their work with full enthusiasm and high morale. General Manager Chen's words—warm yet powerful, like a gentle spring breeze—instantly ignited the passion of the entire staff, laying a solid foundation for the training that followed.
2. Instructor Zhang Takes the Podium: Dissecting the True Essence of Execution
"True execution is about using a 'results-oriented mindset' to bridge that final mile between a goal and its actual outcome." With concise and powerful language, Instructor Zhang launched into his specialized lecture on "Superb Execution." Drawing upon practical examples from daily life, the workplace, and corporate management, he elucidated—in a clear and accessible manner—the core meaning, critical importance, and methods for enhancing execution capabilities. Through Instructor Zhang's guidance, everyone gained a profound understanding of the pivotal role that execution plays in both individual growth and corporate development.
3. Group Discussions: Unleashing the Potential for Team Execution
To facilitate a deeper understanding and practical application of "Superb Execution," the training session featured a dedicated segment for group discussions. Participants were divided into 12 teams to analyze specific case studies, engaging in lively discussions and exchanges centered on strategies for improving both individual and team execution capabilities. During the inter-group competition, members from each team actively contributed their thoughts and ideas, collectively exploring effective pathways to enhance execution. Ultimately, Team 8 emerged as the champion thanks to their outstanding performance, with its members also being recognized as "Outstanding Participants." This session not only ignited a strong sense of teamwork and healthy competition among the participants but also allowed everyone to gain invaluable experience and insights through interactive engagement.
Although the day-long training has concluded, Azalli’s pursuit of excellence in execution knows no bounds.
