On February 22, Azalli hosted a special training session. Renowned instructor Zhang Luteng was invited to the company to lead a team co-creation workshop centered on the theme: "Implementing the '13+1' Framework—Departmental Talent Development and Learning Map Design." The session involved an in-depth study and practical application of the principles outlined in the book *The '13+1' System: Building a Sustainable and Healthy Organization*.

At the outset of the training, Mr. Zhang used the concept of a "learning team" as his entry point, explaining—in a clear and accessible manner—the pivotal role the "13+1" system plays in talent development. Drawing upon Azalli’s specific operational context, he analyzed how to construct a departmental learning framework based on the "13+1" system, helping us gain a profound appreciation for the far-reaching impact that learning teams have on organizational growth. Through vivid case studies and lively interactive discussions, we gradually grasped the core essence of the "learning team" concept, thereby laying a solid foundation for the subsequent co-creation phase.

The afternoon session focused primarily on co-creation activities. Mr. Zhang guided the participants in discussions centered on two key topics: "Creating Learning Maps for Critical Roles" and "Planning 90-Day Growth Programs for Critical Roles." Working in cross-departmental groups, the teams brainstormed collectively and—tailoring their efforts to their respective operational needs—meticulously designed learning pathways and growth plans specifically suited for critical positions within the company. Through this blend of brainstorming and practical exercises, we not only deepened our understanding of the "13+1" system but also successfully translated theoretical knowledge into concrete, actionable plans.

The training session continued until 9:00 PM; despite the late hour, every participant remained fully engaged and highly focused. As the session drew to a close, Azalli’s General Manager, Mr. Chen Wanjin, made a special appearance to deliver the closing remarks. He commended the various departments for the learning maps and growth plans they had co-created, and encouraged all employees to embrace a mindset of lifelong learning—expressing his confidence that the Azalli team, as a collective unit, would continue to push its boundaries and successfully meet future challenges.

Although the training spanned just a single day, it was rich in content and yielded substantial results. We recognize that talent is an organization’s most invaluable asset, and that continuous learning and growth serve as the enduring driving force behind our forward momentum. Moving forward, Azalli will leverage this training initiative to further deepen its talent development framework, empowering employees to efficiently enhance their job competencies and hone their professional skills. By fostering mutual growth between individuals and the company, we will collectively chart a brighter future for Azalli!
