Quality Initiative Launch Meeting
Azalli 2025 Quality Initiative Launch Meeting: Uniting the Team to Fortify the Foundation of Quality
On July 2, the official launch meeting for Azalli’s 2025 Quality Initiative was successfully convened. Employees from every department gathered together to embark on a new chapter of quality enhancement, guided by the theme of "Digital and Intelligent Quality Management." The meeting established "Safety First" as a fundamental requirement and, centered on the steadfast belief that "Quality is the key to survival, development, and profitability," sounded the rallying cry for company-wide participation in quality building.
Setting the Direction: Winning Through Quality; Digital Intelligence Leads the Upgrade
Chen Jinzhen, Manager of the Quality Management Department, delivered a comprehensive presentation on the *Azalli 2025 Quality Initiative Plan*. The plan emphasizes that this initiative serves to further implement the core quality policy of "Quality Paramount, Continuous Improvement." Its aim is to comprehensively elevate quality awareness among all employees—moving beyond merely pledging to meet standards to actively pursuing results that exceed expectations—thereby transforming quality into a core corporate competitive advantage through collective effort. The key lies in driving "awareness building, universal participation, preventive thinking, and quality-first integration." Furthermore, by leveraging big data analysis models and focusing on critical control points, the initiative seeks to achieve refined quality control across the entire process workflow. The ultimate objective is to construct a highly efficient quality management system that encompasses every employee, every process, and every operational scope.

In his concluding remarks, General Manager Chen Wanjin emphasized that, given the current fierce competition in the offline low-end market, the only way for the enterprise to break through is by excelling in quality. He explicitly stated: "Every employee, upon stepping out of Azalli, represents the corporate image; upon stepping out of Zhangzhou, they represent the honor of Fujian merchants. Quality permits absolutely no compromise." Drawing upon Maslow's hierarchy of needs, Mr. Chen offered a profound interpretation: "Corporate survival is the foundation, but our ultimate goal is to realize the highest value—making smiles brighter and oral health better! This requires every employee to let quality awareness flow through their very veins, shifting from passive execution to active ownership." He called upon all employees to deeply internalize the core value of "Winning Through Quality."

Precise Implementation: Four Action Plans to Solidify the Quality Foundation
The 2025 Quality Initiative outlines four clear and robust action plans:
I. Data-Driven Quality Training
Through systematic courses, daily morning meeting briefings, and cross-departmental sharing of real-world case studies, the concept of data-driven quality will be deeply ingrained in the minds of every employee.
II. Enhanced Internal and External Audits
We will conduct in-depth "Nine-Point Inspection" initiatives, with a core focus on monitoring "improvement rates" and "recurrence rates" to ensure that issues are genuinely rectified and do not resurface.
III. Scope for Quality Improvement
We will focus on fostering synergy between quality management and production operations, driving specialized initiatives for high-quality manufacturing, and vigorously promoting QC Circle activities to resolve persistent quality challenges.
IV. Closed-Loop Management System
Through data collection and analysis—supplemented by dedicated quality review meetings—we will ultimately formulate and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the practical implementation of key control points, as well as establish visual standard documentation for prominent display and on-site application.

Quality enhancement is not a task to be accomplished overnight; it requires sustained, long-term effort. This launch meeting marks Azalli’s official entry into a "New Era of Digital and Intelligent Quality Management," wherein everyone—from senior management to frontline staff—serves as a guardian of quality. Moving forward, Azalli will remain steadfast in upholding its quality policy of "Quality First, Continuous Improvement." We will leverage data to drive decision-making and utilize standards to govern conduct, ensuring that high-quality products become the company's strongest competitive asset! Let us take collective action—starting with ourselves!
